"Seller protection didn’t help me at all"
I sold an item on Vinted a while back, I think it was sometime in March or maybe early April, and the buyer claimed there was an issue. Vinted just refunded them without really listening to my side. As the seller, I felt completely ignored and got no actual help. i don’t think I’ll bother selling there again.

"I’ve put up quite a few items..."
I’ve put up quite a few items on Vinted lately, and it feels like they’re just sitting in a black hole. They’ll have 0 views for days, even though I’m using the same kind of photos, descriptions, and prices that used to get attention quickly.
I’ve tried bumping a couple of things too, but I’m being careful about spending more money on it because it doesn’t seem to make much difference. It’s just frustrating putting in the time to list everything and then wondering if anyone can even see it.

I was almost done with the booking when extra fees suddenly showed up?! I really wish they had been shown earlier, because it felt frustrating to only see the real total at the last minute.

"Item was in worse shape than described"
The item turned up stained and all bobbly, so definitely not what I’d call good condition. I was disappointed, and what made it more annoying was there didn’t seem to be any way to actually speak to a real person about it. It all felt very automated and frustrating.

"Not in the condition I expected"
As someone who pays close attention to item descriptions before buying, I was disappointed. The condition was worse than what the seller had written, so it didn’t really match my expectations when it arrived.

"Honestly, It Didn’t Feel Fair"
I’m frustrated because the whole experience just didn’t feel very fair. I expected things to be handled more reasonably, but instead it felt like I got the short end of the stick. Maybe others had a better experience, but for me, it left a bad impression.

"Decent for selling, but the payouts take forever"
Am I the only one who thinks Vinted is fine for selling, but the payment processing is way too slow? Even after the buyer confirms everything, it still feels like ages before the money actually starts moving. I get that they’ve got checks and all that, but it’s frustrating when you were hoping to have the cash a bit sooner

"Support Didn’t Do Much After I Reported a Scammer"
I reported a scammer and expected support to be more helpful. I’d say after about 2 or 3 messages back and forth, it still felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere. They barely helped me out, and the whole thing left me frustrated.

"I keep running into the same confusing policy gaps"
Every time an issue comes up, I end up going back through the policy pages looking for some kind of pattern or clear rule to follow. But no matter how many times I read them, I still walk away unsure what actually applies. It feels like the answers should be there, but they’re just not clear enough to be useful.

"Packaging was bad"
I ordered a jacket and it showed up kind of just shoved into this thin bag with barely any wrapping or anything. The bag was torn a bit, and one side of the jacket felt damp, which was really annoying. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but at least decent packaging would’ve been nice. Disappointed overall

"Withdrawal stuck for days"
My withdrawal has been sitting there pending for days, and when I reached out to support, the so-called help desk barely did anything. Just a bunch of generic replies and no real update. Frustrating experience.

Maybe I’m just biased now because of this experience, but the ratings on Vinted don’t feel trustworthy to me anymore. The seller had really good feedback, so I thought it was a safe purchase, but the item never showed up. I contacted support, and they just closed the case like that was the end of it. After this, I’m definitely not going to rely on seller reviews there again.

I’ve noticed stuff just sells really slowly here lately. Maybe it’s just the usual pattern when interest drops off, but it feels like there aren’t many active buyers around right now.

"Offers feel kind of pointless"
Making offers on here can be frustrating. Sellers will accept and then just stop replying, or they’ll ignore counter offers completely. On top of that, the app keeps sending these aggressive reminders like it’s my fault things aren’t moving along. It just gets annoying after a while.

The app keeps freezing on me, and the website just feels really clunky. The filters don’t seem to work right, messages take forever to load, and listing anything takes way too long. It just feels messy and kinda annoying to deal with.

"Felt ignored while my parcels sat stuck"
I had a couple of parcels stuck for ages, and the tracking barely moved the whole time. Every time I contacted support, it was basically just, “please wait,” which made me feel dismissed. It’s really stressful when buyers or sellers are chasing you for updates and you can’t give them anything because no one seems to actually know where the item is.
